Yes, the mod disables achievements because it modifies the checksum.ĭoes this mod conflict with the dlc formables? It would require a lot of work to make keep up with unexpected updates of the other mod. It will work as long as they don’t modify states. Getting a core in all uncored states required to form the nation + some extra ones. Note that this mod’s formable nations work independently from Waking the Tiger’s. This mod creates an end-game reward for gaining certain territories and allows the player to choose when to form the new nation. Instead of having an inconsistent way of forming nations by events, this mod uses decisions which let the player know the prerequisites for forming each nation. The last known edit to Gitlab shows 1.10 compatibility. I'm just here to play a game and have fun, nothing more. The original mod from January seemed buggy, I have tested this version (direct from their Gitlab) and all works on my end. Second of all - I am reuploading this for convenience sake, I don't ask for anything. I will link the Gitlab below, above the original description. I went investigating the original author and found their Gitlab. 1.12+ versionįirst of all - I do not own this mod, nor do I claim to have created it. I'm keeping it original for posterity's sake. If you have OneDrive enabled, you will need to disable it for your mod folder.I don't own this mod, so the only thing I will do is try to keep it working. Note: If a clean install still results in errors on Windows, it's possible your mod folder is being continually overwritten by Microsoft OneDrive, due to its location in your Documents folder. Note: Running the game in admin mode may help if you are still having issues. Ideally, in either case, you should now be able to launch the mod normally. At this point you should be good to proceed - make sure you play with no other mods active (other than the official submods), as they can cause conflicts with Kaiserreich's files.Re-subscribe to your HoI4 mods, and wait for Kaiserreich to download. We advise that you boot a vanilla game up to ensure that everything is working correctly, first.Reinstall HoI4 - we advise you put it on your main drive partition (for most users, this is the C: drive) if you can, as a known issue with the launcher is that it has difficulties with installations on non-standard partitions.Delete the "Hearts of Iron IV" folder entirely - if you have saves you want to keep, delete everything in that folder but the "save games" sub-folder instead.Find the folder where your HoI4 saves are kept (it's probably going to be in your Documents folder, some variation on C:\Users\ YourName\Documents\ParadoxInteractive\Hearts of Iron IV - once you get there, you'll see folders for "logs", "save games", "mod", etc.).Go to wherever you had HoI4 installed (it'll either be in SteamLibrary\SteamApps\Common or in ProgramFiles\Steam\steamapps\common, depending on your setup) and delete the "Hearts of Iron IV" folder that remains there.Uninstall HoI4 (if you're using Steam, go into your Library, right-click on "Hearts of Iron IV" and the Uninstall option should be under "Manage").Unsubscribe from all HoI4 mods (yes, all of them). The pull-down menu should say "NONE - Opt out of all beta programs") Ensure you aren’t on any beta branches of HoI4 - if you're using Steam, the way to check this is to go into your Library, right-click on "Hearts of Iron IV", select "Properties" and check under the Beta tab. For the love of all that is holy, please use a legal copy of HoI4.The step-by-step process for that is as follows: If you are having issues with Kaiserreich that you can't pin down, it may be worth doing a clean reinstall of both Hearts of Iron IV and Kaiserreich.
